Leadership Culture was established in May 2024 as a consulting firm built by real business owners for real business owners. Founded as an offshoot of K & K Management and Investment Group, Leadership Culture emerged out of a frustration with the traditional coaching industry, an industry filled with surface-level advice and one-size-fits-all frameworks that rarely drive lasting change.

At the helm is Daniel Kingston, Senior Consultant and international business strategist, currently leading his 11th business. Alongside Daniel, the team includes Kiri Kingston, an experienced entrepreneur and director of K&K Management and Investment Group, and Justin, a consultant with hands-on expertise across his own five businesses. Supporting them is a collective team specialising in administration, advertising, and operational implementation.

Unlike typical coaches who tell you the what and the why, Leadership Culture exists to show you how. We stand alongside owners in the trenches, diagnosing bottlenecks, implementing practical solutions, and guiding every critical decision. With combined backgrounds spanning real estate, horticulture, aquaculture, manufacturing, hospitality and beyond, our team knows what it takes to build businesses that scale, and sustain.

While we do offer mentoring for those who want ongoing support, Leadership Culture is first and foremost a consulting company. We deliver results through hands-on projects, strategic restructures, and operational overhauls that create businesses capable of running without their owners.
